Kai Cenat’s feud with his former streaming partner Reggie is now a legal fight, complete with lawyers, a cease and desist letter, and court papers Reggie held up to the camera himself.
The letter is dated October 2. In it, Kai’s legal team accuses Reggie of posting videos with false and misleading statements, says he has offered no proof for any of it, and demands he delete the videos. It also says Reggie’s conduct left employees fearing for their safety and disrupted business.
“We want to be unequivocal: the suggestion that Mr. Cenat has ever engaged in any form of pedophilia, or exchanged sex for platforming any person, is categorically false.”

In late September, after leaving the Clover Boys crew, Reggie went on Instagram Live and accused Kai of grooming Rakai, a 17-year-old member of the crew, and of trading exposure for inappropriate behavior. He also claimed Kai had been paying him $175,000 a month, which he called hush money. Reggie has not made any evidence public, and both Kai and Rakai denied the claims.
Kai answered on stream at the start of October. He told Reggie to take whatever he had to the police and show them the evidence, and said he planned to go to the police himself and sue.

On Friday, Reggie posted a video flipping through a stack of papers. The clearest page is a Superior Court filing from Cobb County, Georgia, filed October 8. Its heading reads Stalking Ex Parte Temporary Protective Order, and the visible terms bar the respondent from harassing or intimidating Kai, approaching him, or contacting him. They surfaced in Reggie’s own post. No court record has been independently published, and Kai has not commented on them.
Reggie’s closing slide was not a man backing down: “Kai sueing me for stalking lol I never stalked you bro.” He says he is ready to fight it in court, and he has said before that he is saving the evidence he claims to have for that day. A friendship that built the Clover Boys now has lawyers attached to it.
