Social media personality Gorgeous Doll posted a five-part TikTok storytime over the weekend alleging she was involved with streamer Kai Cenat around 2023, got pregnant with twins, and that he agreed to pay her $200,000 for an abortion before sending $150,000 instead.
According to her, she laid out two options. Option A: keep the twins, with him buying her a house, paying $5,000 a month ($2,500 per child), covering a nanny, and getting visitation. Option B: terminate the pregnancy at $100,000 per child. She claims he picked Option B, telling her, “I’ll pay the $200,000.”
She alleges he later texted asking to send $150,000 instead, and she agreed. The money hit her account days later, she says. She also claims they flew from Atlanta to New York for the procedure, where she started blood-clotting heavily and ended up in the ER for about six hours. She says Cenat stayed with his family instead of coming to be with her, and they argued about his absence for six to seven months after.
As of publication, Cenat has not publicly responded to her claims. For context: Gorgeous Doll previously went viral in 2025 claiming a five-year relationship with rapper Future, which he denied. Her claims about Cenat remain unverified, and Cenat has publicly rejected other recent paternity claims.
