A 23-Year-Old Faked Being a Substitute Teacher at a Milwaukee High School So She Could Curse Out Students

A 23-year-old former student walked into Rufus King International High School in Milwaukee on September 24, wrote her name on the sign-in sheet as a substitute teacher, and got placed in a classroom. A real teacher helped her get set up for the first 20 minutes. The moment that teacher left the room, she started in on the kids.

According to the criminal complaint, she used profane language and racial slurs, made sexually explicit comments, sorted students by race and gender, bragged about having felonies, blasted rap music, and asked if anyone had a vape or weed because the class was, in her words, so f—ing lame and annoying.

The students reported her after class and police escorted her out of the building. When detectives asked why she did it, she told them she was bored, that she hates kids, and she just wanted to f— around. Prosecutors say she had scouted the school beforehand.

The Milwaukee County DA charged her with impersonating a public employee and multiple counts of exposing children to harmful descriptions, six counts total carrying up to 21 years. She was due in court today. The charges are accusations and have not been proven.
