Ray J is still in the hospital. Three days after a health scare shut down his livestream, his rep told USA Today on Saturday that he “is resting.”
It went down Thursday night at the Fab Factory studio in LA. Ray was deep into “Rayhab,” his 180-day streaming subathon, when he started feeling unwell and somebody called 911. Paramedics put electrodes on his bare chest right there on the stream while his mother, Sonja Norwood, stayed by his side. She rode with him to the hospital. Sources described the episode as heart-related, but no diagnosis has been announced.
This has been a rough year for him. He was hospitalized back in January with pneumonia and heart failure, and said in a video his heart was “only beating like 25%.” He has been open about his heart being in bad shape.
He has not said a word himself since Thursday night.
