The letter did not work, so 50 Cent went to court. On Monday he filed a petition in Miami-Dade County asking a judge for an immediate injunction against Tia Kemp over her posts about his 14-year-old son.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the petition says Kemp targeted the teen in four separate online publications in just six days, including an October 25 interview, and at one point allegedly posted his photo alongside a sexually explicit image the filing suggests is his mother. The filing says the posts caused his son humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish, and asks the court to bar Kemp from stalking, cyberstalking or harassing him, first with a temporary injunction and then a final one after a hearing.
“You can’t bully me.”
Tia Kemp, answering the filing on TikTok
His lawyers tried the quiet route first. As TRIIP reported last week, they sent Kemp a cease and desist demanding she pull the posts, and the petition says she answered by posting part of the letter with a few choice words for him and his lawyers. Kemp answered this round on TikTok the same day, saying 50 started plenty of this himself and cannot take it back, and telling his legal team not to play with her. 50 posted on Instagram that Kemp crossed a line by bullying a minor and that none of it is a joke.
The feud started when 50 trolled Rick Ross, Kemp’s ex, over reports that her son William Roberts III was pistol whipped, and Kemp dragged 50’s family into it. Now the trolling is a court case, and a judge gets the next word on whether Kemp has to stop posting about his son at all.
