FCI Fort Dix is the low-security federal prison in New Jersey where Diddy is serving his 50-month sentence. This week, a former guard there walked into federal court in Camden and admitted she was sleeping with one of the inmates.
Jordan Pensak, 27, pleaded guilty Wednesday to sexual abuse of a person in federal custody, per the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Prosecutors say she had sex with the inmate in January and traded explicit photos and messages with him, all of it run through two contraband cellphones he had inside.
It started after Pensak got assigned to his housing unit in April 2024 and ran for over a year, per the complaint. They had sex in a prison office and paid other inmates to stand lookout. When investigators seized the phones, they found more than 100 explicit photos, videos, and messages. Pensak admitted the whole thing in texts, including to the inmate’s family, and at one point worried she might be pregnant.
None of this involves Diddy. But the timing is brutal for Fort Dix, which has been under a microscope over reports that Diddy was living too comfortably behind bars. Inmates cooking and cleaning for him, massages, a contraband phone, bottles of Hennessy, according to NBC News and NBC 4. His camp denied all of it. He got moved back to solitary after the stories broke, and his release date slid from January 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028.
Pensak faces up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is set for February 10, 2027.
