The Florida court 50 Cent asked to step in has stepped in. A judge granted him a temporary injunction against Tia Kemp on Monday, ordering her to stay at least 500 feet from his 14 year old son and to have no contact with him at all, including on social media.

Kemp answered within hours of the news landing on Wednesday, and she did not aim the answer at the boy. She aimed it at 50. The order also bars her from possessing firearms or ammunition, and says she has to surrender any weapons to law enforcement once she is served. It expires November 3, when both sides are due back in court and a judge decides whether the restrictions stay in place.
The petition accused Kemp of repeatedly targeting the teenager online while the two adults feuded, and said the posts left him dealing with humiliation and mental anguish. Those are allegations in a filing, not court findings, and Monday’s order does not prove them. It is the Florida half of a two court fight: the California case, where 50 is seeking at least $6 million, is the one TRIIP covered this morning.

“It will make her re think her Gangsta granny act.”

50 shared the news himself on Wednesday, so both sides have now said their piece in public on the same day the order became public. The feud started over her family: after her son with Rick Ross was reportedly assaulted, 50 mocked it and offered to help the accused man, and Kemp went after 50’s family in return. November 3 decides whether Monday’s order was a pause in that fight or the new rules of it.
