The UK’s case to extradite Andrew Tate just got a lot darker. Newly filed court documents in Miami lay out allegations that include bestiality porn and sexualized videos of a minor.
British prosecutors claim Tate possessed “extreme” pornography, including images showing a person having sex with a horse and an eel, found on a laptop in his possession, according to documents filed in federal court in Miami on Monday and obtained by the New York Post and TMZ.
The same filing accuses Tate of making and possessing scores of indecent images and videos of a girl believed to have been 17, including a video of her in lingerie with Tate. Prosecutors allege messages show he knew she was underage.
The documents are part of Britain’s request to extradite Tate and his brother Tristan to face charges in the UK. Between them, the brothers face 59 counts including rape, assault, human trafficking and controlling prostitution, relating to four alleged victims between 2010 and 2017, according to Sky News. Both were arrested in Miami in late July and remain in federal custody while fighting extradition. A judge called them “quintessential flight risks” when denying bail. They deny the allegations.
