Kodak Black was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI and released from custody the same day, according to reports out of the city.
TMZ reported the arrest as a DUI. Details on the stop itself are still thin: what is confirmed is the arrest, the DUI allegation, and that he is already back out.
The arrest is an allegation at this stage, and nothing about it has been proven.
It is not his only legal fight this year. In May, Kodak surrendered to Florida authorities in a fleeing case tied to a February traffic stop, while also fighting drug trafficking allegations out of a separate stop, charges he has pleaded not guilty to.
In July, a judge in Orange County released him from bail requirements in the drug case after prosecutors missed a deadline to file formal charges.
