Flyysoulja of the Island Boys says an overdose landed him in a Miami trauma unit last week, and he was released from the hospital on Monday.
He told TMZ the overdose happened on Thursday, October 29, while he was celebrating buying a new car and a condo. He says he had taken cocaine, benzodiazepines and Percocet, and that he spent four days hospitalized, part of it under an involuntary mental health evaluation under Florida’s Baker Act.

This is not new territory for him, and he has never hidden it. He went through a Baker Act evaluation in November 2025, and in January he said he was checking into rehab, talking about getting his life together and being a better father.
Nine months later he was back in a trauma unit. He is out now, and the part that matters is what he does with that.
