An Attempted Murder Suspect Was Arrested at Trippie Redd’s Mansion

The raid on Trippie Redd’s $8 million Florida mansion turned up more than evidence. Cops found a wanted man on the property.

Braveone Jones, 25, who raps as BalloutDaDon and runs with Trippie, was arrested around 6 p.m. Tuesday as a small army of agencies served a search warrant at the Southwest Ranches estate. Davie police, Miami police, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the ATF, and a SWAT team were all on scene.

Jones is facing two counts of attempted second-degree murder with a firearm, tied to a September 15 shooting outside Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Two men, 18 and 23, were shot that night. Both survived. His bond is set at $15,000 per charge.

Trippie himself has not been named a suspect, and police have not said what they were looking for inside the house. The investigation is still going.
