Rick Ross got picked up in Miami Beach this morning. Felony battery by strangulation, plus a misdemeanor battery charge. He was booked into Turner Guilford Knight just after 6am, and bond is set at $6,000.
Ross already lawyered up. Arraignment is set for October 22.
The timing is loud. Days ago his ex Jazzma Kendrick posted a bloodied-lip photo accusing him of putting hands on her. Nobody has confirmed the two are connected, and the victim in this arrest has not been named. Ross has not said a word.
The charges are unproven and the case is still developing.
