A Frontier flight from New Orleans to Atlanta turned into a whole scene Tuesday night after a broken jet bridge trapped everyone on board for close to an hour with no air conditioning.
A woman in a gray hoodie had enough. She ran at the exit door screaming for the crew to open it, and a male flight attendant wrapped her in a bear hug and pushed her back. Another passenger started yelling, “Don’t put your hands on her!”
The passenger who filmed it says the crew cut the engines and lights after landing, the cabin went dark and stuffy, and one woman started hyperventilating. Frontier says the jet bridge misaligned as people were deplaning, they halted everything for safety, made announcements, and got it fixed. The airline apologized.
