Four men who served time alongside him at FCI Fort Dix told NBC News that the 56-year-old pays inmates to cook for him, clean his cell, do his laundry, and give him massages. He also reportedly has a contraband cellphone and a tablet, drinks Hennessy on the weekends, and keeps nude photos from an old girlfriend. One of them summed it up: “This is not some normal s**t you see in jail. This is some rich s**t.”
The funniest detail in the whole report: that tablet reportedly has the 50 Cent-produced Netflix docuseries about Diddy himself loaded on it. He is sitting in federal prison watching the documentary about his own downfall.
And his clock keeps shrinking. Federal prison records reviewed September 29 show his projected release date moved up again, this time to January 21, 2028. That is the eighth time the date has changed since he was sentenced. He started at May 8, 2028. At the beginning of this month it sat at February 5. Now it is January 21.
Quick refresher: Diddy was sentenced on October 3, 2025 to 50 months in federal prison after a jury convicted him on two prostitution-related counts and cleared him on the heavier racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He has been locked up since his September 2024 arrest, and his lawyers are appealing the conviction. His team pushed back on the report, with a rep saying: “The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence within the rules and he patiently awaits the court’s decision on his appeal.”
