Charleston White Booked in Tarrant County on Drug Charges, His Third Arrest Since August

Charleston White is back in a booking report.

The Fort Worth internet personality was booked October 4 in Tarrant County, Texas on two drug possession allegations, according to booking records cited by AllHipHop, the Jasmine Brand, and Baller Alert. Arlington police are listed as the arresting agency on both entries.

One allegation is possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, which is a state jail felony under Texas law. The other is possession of less than two ounces of marijuana. The specific substance in the felony allegation was not identified, and authorities have not said what led officers to encounter White before the booking. Bonds were listed at $1,500 and $500, both marked unposted, for $2,000 total.

White has not been convicted in connection with the new allegations. He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The booking is his third arrest since August. He was booked in Collin County on August 10 on marijuana, unlawful weapon carry, and no license allegations, then arrested September 12 in Hollywood, Florida on a misdemeanor battery allegation, which he denied. A woman later accused him of abuse on social media. White disputed those claims.
