Diddy has officially been released from custody, but his freedom comes with a strict list of federal conditions. According to newly released court paperwork, the hip-hop mogul must complete outpatient drug and mental health treatment, take prescribed medications, and enroll in an approved domestic violence program. He’s also barred from contacting any of the victims connected to his case and can’t own or have access to any firearms or “destructive devices.”
His supervision terms don’t end there — Diddy has to submit to random searches by authorities and follow all instructions from his probation officer without pushback. The conditions paint a picture of heavy oversight for someone long accused of violence and control behind the scenes. For now, Diddy is out, but he’s going to be living under some of the tightest scrutiny of his career.
